Abstract

Óscar Correas es seguramente uno de los más serios representantes de la Filosofía Crítica del Derecho latinoamericana. En este breve ensayo, intentamos una aproximación muy panorámica a su pensamiento. En primer lugar, exponemos su punto de vista acerca de cómo debe entenderse la crítica del Derecho. Luego, repasamos los más significativos pensadores que influyen en Correas. Por último, señalamos un aspecto problemático de su crítica del Logos.

Oscar Correas surely is one of the most serious representatives of the Latin American Critical Philosophy of Law. In this short paper, we intend a very panoramic approach to his thought. Firstly, we expose his point of view about how the criticism of law should be understood. Then, we review the more significant thinkers that influence Correas. Finally, we point out a problematic aspect of his criticism of the Logos.
