Resumen

Es un comentario sobre las ideas principales del filósofo alemán Ernst Bloch y el derecho. Se ha tratado de estudiar la dimensión conceptual y temática, así como su ideología y concepción del mundo, mediante su posición respecto al derecho natural, el humanismo, la comunidad y sobre todo un proyecto social basado en la dignidad del hombre. Su objetivo ha sido mostrar el pensamiento crítico de uno de los autores vertebrales sobre la creación de un derecho guiado por la utopía y la esperanza.

Abstract

It´s a commentary on the main ideas of the German philosopher Ernst Bloch and law. It has tried to study the conceptual and thematic dimension, as well as it´s ideology and conception of the world, through it´s position regarding natural law, humanism, the community and above all a social project based on the dignity of man. It´s objective has been to show the critical thinking of one of the vertebral authors about the creation of a right guided by utopia and hope.
