El presente artículo constituye una recuperación teórica de la reflexión marxista no dogmática relativa al estado. El estudio crítico de esta impronta, desde su irrupción en la primera mitad del siglo XIX hasta las dos décadas del siglo XXI, aborda su sistema categorial para pensar la totalidad normativa. Asimismo, se caracteriza al estado y a su norma fundante como ficciones, como usos del lenguaje que expresan la hegemonía política la cual replica la vida o normaliza la exclusión y la muerte.
Abstract
This article constitutes a theoretical recovery of the non-dogmatic Marxist reflection on the state. The critical study of this imprint, from its irruption in the first half of the nineteenth century to the two decades of the twenty-first century, addresses its categorical system to think the normative totality. Likewise, the state and its founding norm are characterized as fictions, as uses of language that express political hegemony which replicates life or normalizes exclusion and death.
