Resumen

Colombia es un país que registra un alto índice de violaciones a los derechos humanos, enmarcadas en la persistencia de un conflicto interno de carácter político, social y armado. Pese al frecuente uso institucional de los derechos humanos y los instrumentos jurídicos -nacionales e internacionales- para su defensa, no han servido para detener la guerra y las condiciones que la originan. Por tanto, el presente trabajo analiza críticamente la concep-ción dominante de derechos humanos y antepone una propuesta contrahegemónica, que permita transitar hacia la paz y forjar un nuevo orden social incluyente y con justicia social.

ABSTRACT

Colombia is a country with a high level of violations of the human rights. Based on the persistent of the interior social, politic and armed conflict. In spite of the institutional use of the human rights and the national and international legal instruments to protect them, it has not been working to stop the war and its causes. Therefore, this project studies and analyses critically the dominant concept of human rights and it set a proposal counterhemogemonic which allows to walk towards the peace and to have a new inclusive social order and with social justice.
