Resumen

O presente estudo tem por objetivo identificar como a sociologia jurídica, pode contribuir na pesquisa relativa à concretização do direito social à habitação adequada. A sociologia jurídica apresenta métodos e técnicas próprios que permitem que, no exame da efetivação dos direitos sociais, o pesquisador amplie sua compreensão do fato social investigado, de for-ma a entender como o fenômeno jurídico conforma, e é conformado, pelo contexto social.

ABSTRACT

This study aims to identify how legal Sociology of Law can contribute to the research on the implementation of the social right to adequate housing. The sociology of law presents methods and techniques that allow themselves, in consideration of the fulfillment of social rights, the researcher broaden their understanding of the social fact investigated in order to understand how the legal phenomenon conforms, and is shaped by social context.
