O capitalismo da violência por uma sociologia política dos não-direitos: The capitalismo of the violence for a political sociology of no law

Resumen

RESUMO: O capitalismo da violência do Direito, o capitalismo da violência dos não-direitos e o capitalismo da violência digital constituem as formas mais acirradas do capitalismo contemporâneo, que as envelopa em um capitalismo de tipo emocional para legitimar suas novas racionalidades. Em razão desses novos cognitivismos decorrem novas objetivações e subjetivações do mundo social, que estão em marcha através de processos de aceleração, desaceleração e alienação aos quais estão submetidos os indivíduos, delineando assim novos contornos da dominação nas sociedades atuais. Nesta reflexão, observamos o papel do Estado, do Direito e dos não-direitos enquanto co-constitutivos das políticas neoliberais que alteram a percepção do mundo da vida e das maneiras de nele viver.

ABSTRACT: The capitalism of the violence of Law, the capitalism of the violence of non-rights and the capitalism of digital violence constitute the fiercest forms of contemporary capitalism, which envelops them in an emotional type of capitalism to legitimize its new rationalities. Due to these new cognitivism, new objectifications and subjectivations of the social world arise, which are underway through the processes of acceleration, deceleration and alienation to which individuals are submitted, thus outlining new contours of domination in current societies. In this reflection, we observe the role of the State, Law and non-rights as co-constitutive of neoliberal policies that change the perception of the lifeworld and the ways of living in it.
